A quick herb-and-garlic marinade brings big flavor to these grilled pork loin chops, finished with a generous brushing of our Raspberry Chipotle Sauce that caramelizes right on the grill. Ready in under an hour, this is an easy weeknight dinner that still feels a little special.
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4–6 boneless pork loin chops (about ¾–1 inch thick)
- 1 cup Bald Eagle Foods Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the pork chops in a zip-top bag and pour the seasoned oil over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours for more flavor.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chops for about 4–5 minutes per side, until well-marked and nearly cooked through.
- While the chops grill, warm the Raspberry Chipotle Sauce in a small saucepan until heated through.
- In the last 2–3 minutes of grilling, brush the chops generously with the warmed sauce on both sides, letting it caramelize.
- Remove from the grill once the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra warmed sauce on the side.
