Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato-Avocado Salad with Homemade Croutons and Vidalia Onion & Peppercorn Salad Dressing

Serves 4

So many favorite flavors are contained in this salad!

SALAD:
2 heads romaine, chopped
8 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 avocado, sliced
6 slices cooked bacon, sliced

CROUTONS:
4 slices bread, cubed
2 tbsp butter kosher salt, to taste
fresh ground pepper

DRESSING:
Bald Eagle Foods Vidalia Onion & Peppercorn Salad Dressing

DIRECTIONS:

1. Pan sauté cubed bread over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes in butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until croutons turn golden brown.

2. Toss salad ingredients together and dress salad with Bald Eagle Foods Vidalia Onion & Peppercorn Salad Dressing. Serve and enjoy!
